VAG-COM printout from German Q5

I don't know which category this belongs so moderator feel free to move it right place...

Anyways, my Q5 is sitting in garage and I'm looking help to change DRL setup so if anyone haves access to self diagnostics log I would like to have full print out from German setup to compare American unit.

I'm looking information to change following things..

A)  DRL / driving lights to be

0 = off
Auto = either DRL+park+rear OR hid+park+rear+dash depending ambient light
>< = park (and maybe drl)
on = driving lights on


B)  American rear turning signal is red
Is it possible to recode it to amber (just software issue) or is it taillights etc hardware issue?

DRL = Daytime running lights = birghter than parking lights but not as bright as driving lights (if vehicle uses driving lights for DRL then computer dims lights not to be too bright)

trims premium plus and prestige haves this kind front DRL's.
