Seems to be up to your location as here in States we have flat one with compressor...
Not sure witch one is better, someway I like the runflat tires as there is no tire changing hassle but so far those runflat haves speed and distance limit so someway real spare wins.
So if you are mostly in town then runflat works but in middle of nowhere I rather take real spare.
