Delivery Lead Times??

Hi all. Just ordered (middle of last week) my Q5 (se model with tech pack and cruise control) - can't wait ;D!! Anyone know what the production lead times are with Audi at present??

My order was placed in July and I have just been given the build date which is 21st September with delivery some time in October.

I had a two month wait until mine arrived. That was delivery to the east coast of the US. I know how you feel and when you get it,ENJOY

Ordered my Audi Q5 on 9th september 2009 with initial expected dlivery  time 31.12.2009. now nbeing told should get it by 1st March 2010. Has anyone got any more information please. Live in Newcastle upon Tyne UK

Had my 2.0TDI SE Auto, for one week now.Heaven.First SUV so taking a while to get 'confident'.Light covering of snow, and ice, so perfect opportunity to see how she goes in these conditions. Just love the auto beam dip! 8)

Ordered mine on the 31st August and manufactured on 21st December and delivered and driving by the 8th January. The timescale you have been given seems way off. Would think they have either mucked up your order or didn't order when you thought.

Hi all, first post here.

I ordered early in November 09 and have been told a build week of 19 (May 10th), so would expect delivery 2-3 weeks after that.

That is a 7 month wait which seems a bit excessive?

Do they have problems at the factory? I am in the UK BTW.

I must have just got lucky, whet to the showroom last October, sitting there was a nice shiny 2.0TDI S Line in grey with 20" alloys and all the other extras we wanted so haggled a bit and bought it there and then, took 5 days to take delivery......nice

I ordered late Dec09 and was quoted 1st week April, now slipped 1st week May.

Advised all UK dealer allocation sold for 2010.

hi to the forum,i ordered my q5 on the 6th feb and was told that delivery would be end of may.have been told today that audi have no estimated build dates for q5/q7's and estimated now for summer!!.i know our english summers are short but that is a little vague.does anyone have anymore info? plz :-[
